e-Learning Guidelines Project: Copyright ResourcesCopyright and intellectual property laws and contracts present a significant challenge to TEOs and staff engaged in e-learning development and delivery particularly in New Zealand. This project developed detailed information with the objective of providing a clear understanding of the legal avenues available for e-learning content reuse and development in New Zealand. The information developed in this project is part of the New Zealand e-Learning Guidelines and addresses the following guidelines:

The system requires the use of Apache server side includes. A report analysing the policy coverage of copyright by New Zealand universities and polytechnics is also available.
