The Success and Impact of Early Career Academics in New Zealand Tertiary InstitutionsThis project looks at the experiences of early-career academics at two New Zealand tertiary institutions. We aim to identify key recruitment, appointment, induction, training and development processes that result in well-prepared academics, capable of enhancing their students' educational outcomes and their own careers. NZ E-Learning Guidelines: CopyrightCopyright and intellectual property laws and contracts present a significant challenge to TEOs and staff engaged in e-learning development and delivery particularly in New Zealand. This project developed detailed information with the objective of providing a clear understanding of the legal avenues available for e-learning content reuse and development in New Zealand.
